I like this toothbrush alot. I used the small size than the big size. The small size work very well with my tiny chihuahua 3lbs. I can clean all the teeth and easy get in my dog mouth. Just so you know, this is not a lifetime product and will wear out. But its long handle makes it easy for me to reach the rear teeth of my long-nosed Standard Poodle - much better for me than my finger - and the brush head holds a generous amount of toothpaste. The bristles themselves are quite soft, as they should be, and they spread the toothpaste well without irritating the gums. I find that the best cleaning for it is to rinse it like any toothbrush, and then soak it for a couple of hours in a glass of water. For the reasonable price of a two pack here, I will buy more when these wear out.
