This device is AMAZING. The best knife sharpener, including oil stone, that I have used in my 67 years. I even tried the "trick" of putting a sharpened edge on an old credit card. It sliced my tomato effortlessly. The only negative, ifyouwouldcall it that, is where to store it out of the reach of grandkids yet close enough to use often. Now we need a similar product for my tools.

This sharpener is great. Please read the instructions because it can sharpen in two modes and smooth the blade. Very nice. It will be a great household gift. I sharpened all of my pocket knives, kitchen knives and wood shop knives.

Great item! To test it I used it on a kitchen knife which is normally used for butter and is not even meant to be sharp - now I have to be careful with my fingers around that knife... and it only took few moves, like 4 or 5 to do so

Bought to use for sharpening my filet knife when fishing on my annual Wsconsin summer vacation. Size,weight and convenience convinced me this was a good choice. Works so well on wife's kitchen knives that I may have trouble convincing her that I should take it with me this summer.

We owned a knife sharpener years ago called a Warthog, we can't find it anymore. We were hoping this was the same... for the price it's a good sharpener. My hubby mastered it after reading the directions and several attempts, I lost motivation and will now leave all sharpening to him.
It is very lightweight and the angles of the knives are very specific. I wish it had a base that held it steady or the ability to attach to the counter top.
It's not the quality of the Warthog, but it's not the price either. I would've paid more to have higher quality, but all things considered, it's a decent, lower price sharpener.
I would order again from the company, they were great!

it's no wonder, this product is sold out, it's absolutely amazing, saw, somewhere, where it said, that if your knife blade is sharp it will cut paper, while believe me, my knife sliced through paper,love, love, love this product!!!!!

I bought this for my son and he said it is the best knife sharpener he has ever seen. He has sharpened all of his knives and he says they cut so well that he was able to cut a piece of paper just by running the knife along side it. He calls it the Beast and he grills all the time and he loves this knife sharpener. I believe it's the best on the market. Got this as a gift. And love it !
Victorinox 8-Inch Curved Breaking knife and my Victorinox 10-inch chef knife. Both knives had small chips in the blades. About 15 swipes each got the chirping area out of the blade. Now they are sharp as the factory. Only draw back is it removes to much steel.
